Dana’s professional journey began in 1989, when she was first published in Nutshell News in the feature “Miniaturists Under 30.” That publication marked the professional debut of what would become 37 years of teaching, creating, and sharing the art of miniature dollmaking.
With retirement just three years away, Dana is opening the studio treasure chest and sharing her secrets, hints, techniques, and how-to lessons at a tremendous pace. Every tutorial, video, and lesson is part of a heartfelt mission: to pass this knowledge on, so the magic of miniature dollmaking continues with the next generation.
Dana, you truly have a gift! And even more importantly, you are willing to share that gift with others and pass on what you have learned! My daughter and I are so grateful to have found you. You are a one of a kind treasure.
